Black Bart's uses only premium grain-fed midwestern beef, hand-picked to be the top level of USDA Choice. Once aged on the premises to Black Bart's liking, steaks are hand-cut, lightly seasoned and grilled over an oak fire.
All steaks are served with your choice of House or Caesar Salad, as well as a side of your choice: Cowboy Beans, Baked Potato, French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, or Mashed Potatoes & Gravy.
